The top-up services that the Cachet Park CID will deliver in the demarcated Bult area are all services from street-level upwards.

Street cleaning and grass cutting services.

This service will be contracted by the Cachet Park CID. The activities to be performed will include the following:

• Cutting of grass on all sidewalks and parks
• Herbicides and pesticides
• General paving maintenance
• Weekly sweeping of streets and Parks
• Trimming of bushes, shrubs and trees
• Tree maintenance (including the Oak Avenue Conservation Project)
• CPTED – Crime prevention through environmental design
•  Park maintenance
• Management of litter, leaves and other refuse (excluding domestic refuse and private garden refuse)
